LIBRE LLC

Libre, Spanish for “Freedom”, was founded on an approach which fosters a unique balance of psychotherapeutic techniques, spiritual development, and innovative training and consulting styles.  Our skilled staff will use four modalities to encourage engagement, achievement, and fullness.

Freedom and Fullness

Modalities refer to how we use our senses in the learning process; visual (seeing), auditory (hearing), kinesthetic (moving), and tactile (touching). As you might guess, the more senses or modalities, we can activate, the more learning will take place.  With the addition of a spiritual component a symbiotic relationship between the Head (our cognition, understanding, and awareness), Hands (our actions, works, and what we produce,) and Heart ( our soul, emotions, and love;) will begin to emerge and activate the restoration process.

We are first educators. In this role, we will provide information, present alternatives, encourage responsibility, support creativity, and challenge individuals, families, couples, and organizations to achieve competency and wholeness.
